My kids had something like this. It’s a toy inside some easy to break concrete. Mine were fossil toys and gems, which made MUCH more sense. The idea is you’re an archeologist and find and crack these open and clean them with a brush.
The horse and heart thing is catering to gender stereotypes in a way that makes no sense.
I thought they were boxes of male and female condoms. In no way did I think it was a children’s toy.
