That’s so much worse than I thought from the headline
It’s part of an effort to prevent the state from inspecting the facilities. It took years for a judge to rule that the state does have the right, as should be obvious, now they’re doing this along with getting thebjudgement suspended for review
They are successful at this point. They’re running these concentration camps with no oversight
That’s just Guantanamo with less effort. Also fun coming from the party of states rights, and small Federal government.
They only cared about state’s rights when they did not have full control of the federal government. Now they do and now could give two shits about any of that.
They only cared about states rights when it allowed the enslavement of black people.
Who do they think they are, the military? That’s only true on actual federal military bases, not contracted property.
