It’s a fork of a launcher I used before, because it stopped getting updates. I think there are multiple such forks, which is why so many look and feel similar.

answer to the edit: yeah that was my bad, kinda new to forum style platforms 🥀 buddy you’re not old, im guessing older adults didn’t know what you were talking about when you were younger 🥹❤️🩹 also were more connected than ever yet more disconnected than ever so youngins slang will probably be even harder to catch up on since everyone is in their own bubble
