You’ll be fine, use the USB that comes with it, and a chrome based browser like ungoogled-chromium, and then use the grapheneOS webflasher. You can do it from your current android phone if you wanted.

Depends on the state, and even some states that don’t let you carry guns (or cities, like NYC), will let you open carry blades.
