He doesn’t file lawsuits to actually win them, he files them as intimidation. He expects the other side to cave, and to settle. I tried to search for lawsuit Trump actually won on their merits, without a negotiated settlement, and could only find one that was a default judgement (so the other side didn’t even show up).
AI won’t replace mathematicians. But AI may replace their grad students, when the Computer Science department shows how much more “work” the Al can do and steals funding from the Mathematics department.
Then, when the current Math faculty retires, there won’t be any new Mathematicians to take their place.
Certain employer-sponsored visas have requirements that the job be posted for a period of time to see if any US applicants apply. This is supposed to make sure the foreign worker isn’t “taking a job away” from a similarly qualified American.
Companies do prefer to hire foreign nationals for these jobs, though, because they typically take less pay, and their US work authorization is tied to their employment, so that makes it much harder for them to change jobs in the US without leaving the country first. So while they are supposed to “post the job” for Americans to apply, they will do the bare minimum to post it, and make sure the requirements are written so that no one other than a foreign worker would bother applying.

That “BY-S812-004” is interesting. I googled that and got similar hits for “S812” boards used as emulators of Japanese arcade games. I see lots of references to “Pandora’s Box” and “JAMMA”, whatever they are
My educated opinion (after 2 minutes of Doing My Own Research) is you may have a Chinese knockoff of a Japanese knockoff of an arcade system. Reading up on the S812 arcade boards might yield some more information… Or might be a dead end!

No you’re not free to sue. If you read that license agreement you will find that your right to sue has likely been waived into some corporate-friendly arbitration process. Yes, you can try to sue anyway, but you have to find a way past that clause first.
