But that doesn’t mean it’s all simple, like grains and veggies. No, half the time they’re eating this super specialized, water-intensive crops and laboratory grown shit with energy-intensive production cycles that actively harm the environment. It’s not some ultra-enlightened approach to living, it’s just a thin veneer of ethical consumption based entirely upon other heavily industrialized processes.
